This blog serves as an update on new commercial real estate deals available in the Tulsa area. It also serves as a lead in to the Tulsaproperties.com website.
This is an effective symbiotic relationship we use to give potential real estate clients a handle on deals as they come available.
I've recently chosen to go with WordPress for my blog. I love the choices of styles and it's so easy to set up, anyone can do it!
For me, saving time is essential. WordPress enabled me to quickly set up a nice blog without difficulty while offering some very nice features as well. Check it out.

Just for fun...
For fun, I thought it would be interesting to use CSS to create a 4 column no-frames site. Using this method allows us to contain four pages of content in one single html page, I put it all where you can see it.
Deviating from other sites I've created, I wanted to give our visitors a little different experience by using a single page for our site. I consider this a multi-page website using only one page, accomplished using CSS. Frames are not using in the conventional sense. Each scrolling "frame" does not pull from a secondary page, rather it's all on the same single page which makes it much more SEO friendly.
Personally, I feel it's at first a bit weird getting used to reading in narrow columns, but what the heck. I just wanted something different. That it is, and if I have some time in the near future perhaps I'll change this approach again.
Four scroll downs per page allows me to maximize the space allocation in content. I can bring in short comments, links and commentaries that describe our products and services entirely on one page. It's a very interesting format to work with, as behind the scenes as it doesn't work well with a WYSIWYG editor. However, since all the content is located on a single page, it's easy to edit for the developer and to browse for the reader. From the developer's perspective, it's reminiscent of the time we used Notepad as an HTML editor. Ah, those weren't those the days! :-)
Though one might think it's tedious, actuallly, editing without a WYSIWYG editor is still enjoyable and much more like a text document. Also, using CSS for scrolling columns makes the website more accessible. And, though it's not typical, I find it enjoyable.
So, I've decided to leave the site up, but may change it later if I decide we have a lot of extra time. That however, isn't looking like it's going to happen soon!
