You'll find me as @okieoilman on Twitter as we as @tulsaproperties. As @tulsaproperties I can use twitter for faster updates on what’s going on in the Tulsa Office market. From a cell phone or from the web, messages limited to 140 characters update what I see or what might be of interest in the Tulsa market. It’s a great way to keep people informed who might like to be alerted to new deals, listings or available spaces coming up in the tulsa real estate market. However, I've found that the fun is in useing @okieoilman. It's less about business and much more about just interacting with people.
Facebook is greatly popular but I like to use it as personal space. Facebook is great for social interaction but in my opinion should be a personal social tool, not for business.
